If you are planning any public event, workshop, or performance, please submit this form.This form should be submitted 2 weeks in advance of the first tech rehearsal, or 2 weeks in advance of the event date if there is no tech rehearsal.
Use this form to book time in a Tech Suite space in for any of the following conditions:
  • Booking is longer than the scheduling system will allow
  • Booking is recurring
  • Booking is complex (i.e. differing call times, reservation times, etc…)
  • Booking is in a space you do not have access to 
Otherwise, please make your reservation directly in the SMTD Scheduling System.Please use the event production request form for any public events. Do not submit this form for public events.
Please use the equipment checkout system unless your request meets any of the following conditions:
  • You are an external department / organization
  • You do not have access to Tech Suite equipment checkout
  • The equipment you want to check out is restricted
  • The equipment you want to check out is not in the checkout inventory
  • You want to check out equipment over a holiday or break

Use this form if your request doesn't fall into any of the above categories. You can also email techsuite@umich.edu in lieu of submitting this form.
PAT Faculty and Staff may use this to request Tech Suite access for any Mcard holder.
